Privacy Notice
As a psychoanalytic psychotherapist it is necessary for me to store some basic information about you.
I will hold your personal data (name, address, telephone numbers, and email (and where appropriate GP and Consultant details) securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations under the 2018 Data Protection Act.
These are kept in order to be able to contact you (whether by post, phone, text, or email) and will not be accessible to any third party, nor used without your permission, other than in circumstances of risk to yourself or others in accordance with confidentiality.
A sealed copy of your contact details is held securely by two senior colleagues, who are also bound by confidentiality and compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018. These will only be accessed in the event of my incapacity, in order to contact you. This is in line with my professional Code of Ethics. (BPC UKCP)
